北京市农林科学院肥料质检中心是北京市农林科学院内设的专职肥料质检机构，是一个具有公正性、科学性和权威性的非盈利性的事业单位，挂靠在北京市农林科学院植物营养与资源环境研究所。中心共有职员23人,其中3人拥有高级职称，7人获得硕士学位。目前中心拥有检验室和办公室35间，共计1374平方米，微生物检验室总面积90平方米，P2级微生物洁净室面积为28平方米。中心拥有ICP、GC、LC、石墨炉原子吸收、火焰原子吸收等大型精密仪器仪器47台；已经备齐化肥、微生物肥料、有机肥料、水溶肥料等应有的国家、行业颁布有效的产品标准及其检测方法等标准资料。自1996年成立以来，中心先后承担了20余次国家质量监督检验检疫总局、北京市质量技术监督局组织的产品质量监督抽查任务，为政府掌握企业的肥料产品的质量动态、维护市场经济秩序，提供了权威、有价值的信息，为推动质量监督事业发展做出应有贡献。中心承担各种类型的委托检验任务近万次，为保护肥料的用户、生产者和销售者的合法权益，为肥料行业的扶优制劣作出了应有的贡献。联系电话：（010）81127530、81127532、81127541。

The fertilizer quality inspection center of Beijing Academy of agricultural and Forestry Sciences is an internal and professional fertilizer quality inspection organization. It is a fair, scientific and authoritative non-profit institution, affiliated with the Institute of Plant Nutrition, Resources and Environment of Beijing Academy of agricultural and Forestry Sciences. The center has 23 staff members, including 3 people with senior professional titles and 7 people with master's degrees. At present, the center has 35 laboratories and offices, totaling 1374 ㎡. The total area of Microbial Laboratory is 90 ㎡, and the area of P2 microbial clean room is 28 ㎡. The center has 47 large-scale precision instruments such as ICP, GC, LC, graphite furnace atomic absorption and flame atomic absorption; the center have already possessed the effective product standard and the detection method, included the national standard, the industry issues of the fertilizer, the microbial fertilizer, the organic fertilizer, the water-soluble fertilizer and so on. Since its establishment in 1996, the center has undertaken more than 20 product quality supervision and random inspection tasks organized by the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and Beijing Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, provided authoritative and valuable information for the government to grasp the quality dynamics of fertilizer products of enterprises, maintain the order of market economy, and made great contributions to promoting the development of quality supervision.
