2011年在北京市科委支持下建成了“北京市缓控释肥料工程技术研究中心”，该工程中心以新型缓控释肥料研发、生产与应用为核心，聚焦农业环境提升、土壤改良调理、轻简化农业生产等技术领域，是面向社会开放的专业研发与转化平台，现有固定专业技术研究人员30人，建有2000㎡肥料中试基地1处，拥有树脂包膜、聚氨酯反应成膜、化学合成、高效水溶等新型肥料中试设备及相关实验室，中心技术入股安华农科（北京）科技有限公司，在湖南岳阳建有控释肥料生产示范厂。

Beijing Municipal Engineering Technology Research Center for Slow and Controlled Release Fertilizer, which is supported by Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission, was established in our institute in 2011 with the development, production & applications of controlled-release fertilizers at the core. And the center is the platform of society-oriented professional research and transformation. There are 30 fixed staffs engaged in professional technical research. The fertilizer pilot plant base covering an area of 2000㎡was founded with pilot-scale facilities for resin coated fertilizers, urea-formaldehyde fertilizer and other series of slow and controlled-release fertilizers, and related labs. In addition, the center contributed its technologies to become a shareholder in China Anhua (agricultural) Slow Controlled-release Fertilizer Development Co., LTD owning a production

demonstration plant in Yue Yang city of Hunan province.
